Thanaraj Ramakrishnan, specialises in the field of Accident Investigation and Reconstruction since 2007. Raj has undertaken accident reconstruction projects in Brunei, Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia. He has submitted reports to the Civil and Criminal Courts in Singapore. Raj has published Road Safety articles and analysis for the National Road Safety Council, Singapore Press, and Motoring magazines. He has a total of 15 years of experience in Accident Reconstruction, Road Safety Audit, and Traffic Psychology.

 

Grant Johnson, a Forensic Consulting Engineer has 35 years of experience in the field of Accident Investigation and Reconstruction. Grant has handled 3000 cases and given testimony for 500 cases. Grant has been instructed to investigate accidents and assisted several courts across NSW, Tasmania, Victoria, Northern Territory, the ACT, Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New Zealand, Fiji, Thailand, Brunei, Malaysia, Dubai, and Singapore as an expert witness in Traffic Accident Investigation and Reconstruction, Biomechanics and Ergonomic type matters.

 

Graham Sydney John England retired as a police officer with South Australia Police (Major Crash Investigation Unit) in 2008. He has a total of 35 years in police investigation in South Australia. He has given evidence in Coroners Court and magistrate courts in South Australia. He has also given evidence in the session court of Malaysia. Graham has so far provided reconstruction reports for Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and Guam. He has also lectured an accident investigation course on behalf of Texas A & M University as an adjunct lecturer from 1997-2002.

 

Zahari Bin Mohd Zain is a retired Fire Investigator with the Singapore Civil Defence Force for 42 years. He is a certified Fire & Explosion investigator by the National Association of Fire Investigators (NAFI) and a member of the International Association of Arson Investigators (IAAI).
He has handled several complex and sensitive incidents where collection of the exhibits were send to the Forensic Analysis.
He is currently an independent trainer with the Association of Company Emergency Response Teams where he trains and audits certification tests for local companies.

 

Biswa Ananda Kumar, a motor vehicle appraiser since 2002 has surveyed close to 5000 vehicles comprising private cars, motorcycles, and commercial vehicles. Biswa has been appointed by the Singapore Court as a single joint expert for motor vehicle survey. He has also undertaken survey projects for Malaysian law firms. Biswa has worked at IDAC under STA contractor, handling customers for accident reporting, assessment of damaged vehicles and submission to the respective insurance companies. Biswa has given evidence in court on numerous cases.
